Service Description
A shared treatment for two people in the same room. One guest gets a 30-minute facial while the other receives a 30-minute head spa treatment. Then you switch. Each person gets one hour of care. Blow drying is optional and may extend the head spa time slightly. What’s Included: One guest receives: 30-min Head Spa .Scalp analysis .Detox cleanse + mist .Massage + steam + aromatherapy Other guest receives: .30-minute Express Glow Facial .Cleanse + exfoliation .Hydrating mask .Face/neck massage Then they switch. Cancellation Policy
Booking a Facial A $25 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will go toward the total cost of your service. Remaining Balance The remaining $35 will be paid at the end of your facial appointment. Cancellation Policy Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your appointment will allow the $25 deposit to be applied to a future booking. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, the $25 deposit will be forfeited. No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in a charge for the full service amount of $60. Late Arrivals If you arrive late to your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time. However, your facial will still end at the originally scheduled time to avoid delays for other clients. If you are more than 10–15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and the $25 deposit will not be refunded. Rescheduling You may reschedule your appointment one time without penalty as long as it is done at least 24 hours in advance. Any rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Payment Policy A valid credit card is required to book your appointment. The $25 deposit will be charged at booking and applied to the $60 total. The remaining $35 is due at the end of your appointment.
