1. Services: The Hairstylist at Reeta's Organics agrees to provide henna application services to the Client for the agreed-upon design and duration.
2. No-Fault Agreement: Both parties agree that any adverse reaction or dissatisfaction with the henna application, including but not limited to skin irritation, allergic reactions, or dissatisfaction with the design does not imply fault on the part of the Hairstylist or Reeta's Organics.
3. Client Responsibilities: The Client acknowledges that they have disclosed any known allergies or skin sensitivities to the Hairstylist before the application. The Client also agrees to follow the aftercare instructions provided by the Hairstylist to ensure the best outcome. Reeta's Organics will not be responsible for unknown allergies.
4. Hairstylist Responsibilities: The Hairstylist agrees to use high-quality Henna products and to apply them professionally. The Hairstylist will also provide reasonable aftercare guidance to help mitigate potential adverse reactions.
5. Limitation of Liability: The Client understands and agrees that the Hairstylist and Reeta's Organics shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the henna application, including but not limited to any adverse reactions or dissatisfaction with the outcome.
6. Indemnification: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Hairstylist and Reeta's Organics from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including legal fees arising out of or related to the henna application.
7. Consent: By signing this Agreement, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined herein.
8. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida.
9. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written.
