Returns & Exchanges
For health, safety, and product integrity reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or tested products.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your package.
Please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or another appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Reeta's Organics is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
If your package appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. If additional assistance is needed, contact us, and we will do our best to help.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been processed, packaged, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Our products are handcrafted and made with natural ingredients. Variations in color, scent, texture, and appearance may occur from batch to batch. These natural variations are normal and do not qualify as defects or grounds for a refund.
