This advanced 2 Day Microlocs Certification Mentorship is designed for serious beginners and stylists who want deeper hands-on guidance, faster skill development, and real confidence working with microlocs clients. Training takes place in Lake Mary Florida and focuses on practical salon-ready techniques used in real microlocs services. Students receive step-by-step instruction on installation methods, clean grid parting systems, proper loc sizing, and professional retightening rotations that support long-term hair health. What you will learn: • Advanced grid parting patterns including brick layering and crown placement • Microlocs installation using micro twists, micro braids, and interlocking foundations • 2 point, 3 point, and 4 point retightening rotations • Thinning prevention, repair strategies, and maintenance planning • Consultation structure, service pricing guidance, and time management • Techniques that help improve speed, neatness, and client satisfaction Mentorship Benefits: • Two months of continued mentorship and guidance after training • Personalized correction and coaching during hands-on practice • Real service flow support for installs and reties • Confidence building through direct instructor access • Business insight to help attract and retain microlocs clients Product Support: Students enrolled in the mentorship program receive 20 percent off Reeta’s Organics products for two months to support continued practice and client services. Students receive Microlocs Certification after completion. Class sizes are limited to maintain quality mentorship and skill development. Early booking is recommended.

Cancellation Policy
Welcome to Reeta’s Organics Microlocs Certification Training. Please review all policies before registering. All payments are considered a non refundable retainer used to reserve your seat, training time, certification preparation, and student kit materials. Due to limited class size, your payment secures a scheduled training position and covers administrative planning and reserved seat costs. Cancellations made more than 72 hours before training may be transferred one time to a future certification date within 30 days based on availability. No refunds will be issued. Cancellations within 72 hours of training, same day cancellations, arrivals more than 20 minutes late, or no call no show will result in forfeiture of payment and loss of seat. Payment plans must be completed in full at least 7 days before the training start date. Failure to complete payments may result in cancellation of enrollment and release of the seat to another student without refund of prior payments. Students enrolled in the Microlocs Certification Training will receive a student tool kit and selected training materials which are included in the cost of the program and may be taken home after successful completion of the training. Certification is awarded based on participation, skill demonstration, and completion of required training components. Students are expected to arrive prepared for a focused hands-on learning environment. Recording is not permitted without written approval. Disruptive behavior may result in dismissal without refund. Reeta’s Organics is not responsible for personal injury, allergic reactions, or loss or damage to personal belongings. Registration confirms agreement to all policies.
