Microlocs Installation Consultation with Reeta Scott Planning to start microlocs? This 45-minute microlocs consultation is for people considering an installation with Reeta’s Organics in Lake Mary or virtually. Reeta will assess your hair and goals, discuss starter methods such as micro twists, micro braids, or interlocking, talk through size and parting, answer your questions, and outline a starter care and maintenance plan. For in-person consultations, test locs may be created when appropriate to help evaluate size and method. This appointment is for planning a new microlocs installation. If you already have microlocs and want feedback on your current locs, care routine, or products, book the separate Virtual Microlocs Care Consultation.
Cancellation Policy
Booking a Facial A $25 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will go toward the total cost of your service. Remaining Balance The remaining $35 will be paid at the end of your facial appointment. Cancellation Policy Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your appointment will allow the $25 deposit to be applied to a future booking. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, the $25 deposit will be forfeited. No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in a charge for the full service amount of $60. Late Arrivals If you arrive late to your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time. However, your facial will still end at the originally scheduled time to avoid delays for other clients. If you are more than 10–15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and the $25 deposit will not be refunded. Rescheduling You may reschedule your appointment one time without penalty as long as it is done at least 24 hours in advance. Any rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Payment Policy A valid credit card is required to book your appointment. The $25 deposit will be charged at booking and applied to the $60 total. The remaining $35 is due at the end of your appointment.
