This flexible training can be booked like an appointment based on instructor availability and is offered both virtually and in person. Unlike group classes scheduled on specific dates, private training allows students to learn at their own pace with focused guidance and real-time technique correction. This option is ideal for traveling students, busy professionals, and stylists who prefer individualized support. Training options include foundational microlocs installation, advanced retightening techniques, and mentorship support for continued skill growth. Students learn professional grid parting systems, installation methods such as micro twists, micro braids, and interlocking foundations, along with consultation structure and service preparation. All private training tiers include: • Official Microlocs Certification • Personalized coaching and feedback • Flexible scheduling • Virtual or in-person training options Virtual students receive a preparation tool list with purchase links before training. Cancellation Policy
Welcome to Reeta’s Organics Braiding Class! Please review the following policies carefully before registering. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth experience for all students and to protect the time, tools, and energy invested in preparing each class. 🔒 Retainer Policy All class payments are considered a retainer to reserve your spot in the class. This retainer secures your time, your seat, and your access to class resources. Retainers are non-refundable under all circumstances, including no-shows and late cancellations. 🚫 No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy No-Call / No-Show: If you do not show up to class and do not contact us in advance, your payment is forfeited. Cancellations within 24 hours: If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, your payment will be held as a credit for a future class. This credit must be used within 30 days or the next training. Same-day cancellations or late arrivals (over 20 minutes) may result in forfeiture of your seat without credit or refund. 🧰 Class Materials & Equipment All mannequins, tools, and training materials provided during the class are property of Reeta’s Organics and are not included in your registration fee. These items are for in-class use only. Students may not take home any items unless: The item is specifically labeled as a take-home item, or The student purchases the item separately after class. Optional mannequin heads will be available for purchase after class for students who wish to continue practicing at home. 👩🏽🏫 Training & Conduct Expectations This is a hands-on, educational class. Please come ready to learn and participate. Recording of the class is not permitted without prior written consent. Disruptive, disrespectful, or aggressive behavior toward instructors or other students will result in immediate dismissal from the class with no refund or credit. 📍 Liability & Safety Reeta’s Organics is not responsible for any allergic reactions, personal injuries, or damages resulting from improper use of tools or techniques after class. All students are expected to follow hygiene and safety guidelines during the class session. 📝 Agreement Acknowledgment By registering for this braiding class, you acknowledge that: You have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all class policies.
