This in-person consultation is designed to give you a clear understanding of your scalp health and the potential causes of hair concerns. Using a high-resolution digital magnifying scope, we will carefully examine your scalp and hair follicles to identify signs of inflammation, buildup, thinning, or imbalance. Together, we will review your medical history, any recent lab tests, and current medications to uncover internal factors that may be affecting your hair. We’ll also discuss your lifestyle, including your diet, stress levels, sleep patterns, and exercise habits, as well as environmental factors that may be affecting your scalp and hair condition. Our approach is rooted in natural and holistic remedies that support hair restoration from the inside out. You’ll leave the session with a clearer understanding of your scalp’s condition, recommendations for treatments, and healthy hair care practices tailored to your specific needs. Cancellation Policy
Booking a Facial A $25 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will go toward the total cost of your service. Remaining Balance The remaining $35 will be paid at the end of your facial appointment. Cancellation Policy Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your appointment will allow the $25 deposit to be applied to a future booking. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, the $25 deposit will be forfeited. No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in a charge for the full service amount of $60. Late Arrivals If you arrive late to your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time. However, your facial will still end at the originally scheduled time to avoid delays for other clients. If you are more than 10–15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and the $25 deposit will not be refunded. Rescheduling You may reschedule your appointment one time without penalty as long as it is done at least 24 hours in advance. Any rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Payment Policy A valid credit card is required to book your appointment. The $25 deposit will be charged at booking and applied to the $60 total. The remaining $35 is due at the end of your appointment.
