How much do Microlocs cost?
Determining a price without examining the client's hair is challenging. Costs can differ based on the hair's length, density, and the specific Microlocs method being used.

Every person must book a consultation before the service is given.
Do you offer extensions to Microlocs, and how much?
We offer Microlocs extensions starting at $2000, with final pricing depending on hair length and density. A consultation is required to confirm the price. Installation can take up to 3 days, and regular maintenance is essential to avoid costly repairs. We recommend this option only if you are committed to maintaining your Microlocs consistently.
Does the Microlocs consultation go to the service?
No, the consultation is a paid service that offer alot of value. In our consultation we will examine your hair to see what method of microlocs installation will work best for you, We will take time to educate you on microlocs does and donts we will talk to you about a monthly rountine for you r maintence and we wil install a copule testlocs in your hair to see if how the method holds in yourt hair. You can bring all of your question and concerns to the consultation so you can leave feeling assured and ready to start you Microlocs journey.

Microlocs Maintenance
Microloc Retie Cost
Our microloc reties start at $250 for the first four hours, then $50 for each additional hour. This rate applies to clients who stay on schedule with their reties. If your retie is past eight weeks, the starting price is $300 for the first four hours, with $50 for each additional hour.
How Often Should You Retie Microlocs
Microlocs should typically be retied every 4 to 6 weeks to maintain healthy growth and prevent excessive slippage or matting.
Staying within this window keeps your locs neat and helps avoid longer, more costly sessions.
Some clients with faster hair growth or finer textures may need reties closer to 4 weeks, while others can go up to 6–8 weeks.
Waiting beyond 8 weeks often requires extra time and cost, since the new growth is harder to manage.
Do you retwist Microlocs or Interlock Them
At Reeta’s Organics, we specialize in interlocking microlocs at the root. This method allows your microlocs to begin the maturation process more quickly, helping them lock and strengthen over time.
Choosing a Loctician
When selecting a loctician, ask for recommendations, check reviews, and look at their work firsthand. Make sure you feel comfortable with them, since you’ll spend hours together. What products should I use on my Microlocs
For microlocs, lightweight, water-based products work best. At Reeta’s Organics, we recommend our Green Tea & Rosewater Spray to keep your locs hydrated without buildup. A clarifying shampoo, like our African Black Soap Shampoo, helps keep the scalp clean. Avoid heavy creams, oils, or waxes, as they can cause buildup and slow the locking process.

Yes, a consultation is required before starting microlocs.
